"Run as" in Common Data Service (current environment) trigger

Hey there

I recently saw the Run as parameter on the Common Data Service (current environment) --> When a row is added, modified or deletedtrigger. In the documentation, I could see that it expects an integer, while the preselected User would be 1, Record Owner would be 2 and Process Owner 3.

I also have the possibility to Enter a custom value, and it sounds like it's actually what I need:

I need to be able to run a flow that includes premium connectors with a "service account" (due to licensing reasons only...). In order for our users to make use of this flow, they are just adding rows through Power Apps to a dataverse for Teams table and the automated flow (When a row is added, modified or deleted) will run. However, the incredibly long trigger-frequency is not very user-friendly in our scenario as the user expects a feedback.

So, if I can somehow use the Run as property and define that this service account should be used for invoker connections, that'd be amazing!

Does anyone know if the Run as property is for that? If so, how do I use it? Why does it expect an integer, respectively, how can I convert my service account to an integer that is being accepted there?

I'd be super happy for your help!

Thanks and cheers!
