I have flow that takes html content (a valid HTML form) from PowerApps and creates a html file using OneDrive for Business 's create file action. This works smoothly for everyone in my organization except one user. I can't reproduce that error with any other co-worker. There is no difference in terms of licensing between this user and rest of the folks.
