refine notification via email of pending Task

Greetings,

I have built a functional frame work of taking a Task produced via Outlook in Dynamics 365.

My flow will run daily but getting a list of records:

To make all of the fields visible, I send the extract to a SharePoint list:

I retrieved the "Created by Email" form the data presented from a previous run of the flow:

Unfortunately, this test was done by an associate, and the "Create by Email" is showing my email address, rather than hers.

I would greatly appreciate any advise at the method to obtain the genuine owner of the task.
