send Get SQL Rows email with 20 rows in one message

I am trying to create a "get sql rows" flow to send an email with 20 rows of data in one message.  There seems to be a way to do this with the pagination setting, but every way I try it sends 20 emails with one row each.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks,

Andy

Re: send Get SQL Rows email with 20 rows in one message

Hi @andycahn,

You could consider using HTML table.

Please try the following methods to configure your Flow:

  • Use Get rows to get 20 rows, then configure the HTML table.
  • If Columns field is selected Automatic, all fields will be displayed by default, including some automatically generated fields.

  • You could also choose to customize the values of the fields you want to display with Columns.

  • Finally configure Send an email action, you need to set Is HTML to Yes.

Please take a try.
