Re: show aprovals microsfot flow in powerapps

The approvals actions use the CDS database for storing the actual Approvals and their status.  But since it is used behind the scenes MS does not require premium licensing unless you want to interact with the CDS storage directly.

As the demo explains, you can choose which Approvals to display.  If you want to display all the Approvals in the tenant that is possible.

Its possible, but not easy.  You would have to create a premium connection to the Approvals entity in CDS and filter that list to get the list of pending approvals.  There is no simple built-in way to get a list of pending approvals

Hi @octaking

Check this from Microsoft's Audrie Gordon

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhomcXZaa28

She does a walkthrough of how to build Flow approval dashboard in PowerApps

and yes as @Pstork1 pointed out will require a P1 license

This is a great demo.  I haven't seen it before, but its a perfect example of how to surface the Approvals CDS entity in a dashboard.  But one correction on licensing.  YOu'll need a P2 license to create the app since it uses CDS and P1 or better to run the app.

Hi @Pstork1  @RezaDorrani

Do you mean that the gallery needs to consume the Common Data Service entities?

and I have one more question

Will all pending approvals of all requests from different sites be displayed?

since i want to do that
