terminate flow after 5 resubmit attempts

I would like my flow to terminate after 5 failed resubmission attempts. Any ideas ?

I'm thinking I should be able to count and parse the number of times the flow has run but I can't figure out how to count the flows. anyone with fresh ideas ?

if there is a special step that keeps retrying on failure you can set the retry policy as below:
