Hi @Anonymous ,

Can you clarify what you are trying to do?

You have created a custom field in Jira and you want to write it into SharePoint?

Are you using Jira server or cloud?

Hi @Anonymous ,

I haven't used the Jira connector but a quick search online seems custom fields seems to be a common problem but no one seems to have posted a solution.  There appears to be an open idea here if you want to upvote.

If you are stuck, you may need to:

1) Use the HTTP connector to call Jira APIs

2) If you are using Jira server, you can query the SQL database
