ALL BOT TOPICS DISAPPEAR! Error Bot Content not found. Diagnostic Trace Id: FVlBG or AbmkP

ALL our 170 bot topics disappeared yesterday 12 March and are still gone the next day.
Bot Content not found. Diagnostic Trace Id: FVlBG or AbmkP
Our published bot responds to questions with "To use this bot, publish it in Power Virtual Agents."

Our live PVA bot topics and published bot have been working ok for many months. Not all topics gone and bot unpublished

Cause: My org / environment is disabled

Identify by https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments see state FailedProvisioning
Click Environment URL eg https://ORG1234567890.crm.dynamics.com
I can see Organization 'Partner Bot Test' Status : Disabled, Error Code: orgIsDisabled and state FailedProvisioning

When I can find an admin and enable the org I expect to see all my topics again.

I created a support request https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support, the Org was enabled and I can see all my topics again after the org was enabled.
