If I have plently of users asking a particular question in slightly different ways, will the PVA learn and automatically improve it self? Is there any active learning when users are interacting with the bot? Thanks!

I wonder what does it mean to "improves chatbot responses"
Does this mean that the bot can change the respons from what I have entered? Or that It will find the correct topic easier?
