Hi @mselvadevi ,
Nice!
You can use PVA connected to the Bot Framework or just Bot Framework.
Adaptive cards and many features will be announced in the next months, I hope that can you wait for this.
Regarding the channel, you can question for the user which channel he is using questions.
Or you can create a script to understand the scenario, create for each channel one topic (like a Facebook topic, Twitter topic) and make the conversation with channel topic using the new feature: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/make-your-power-virtual-agents-bot-start-the-con...

Hi @mselvadevi ,
Power Apps is a tool to create apps and Power Virtual Agents is a tool to create chatbots, you cannot call one from another.
You can deploy the Power Virtual Agents inside Power Apps using PCF (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Virtual-Agents-Forum/Can-we-get-a-canvas-app-Powerapps-for...)
Or wait to deploy using this feature (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform-release-plan/2020wave1/power-virtual-agents/add-powe...)
If you have a database inside Power Apps, you can integrate the same database in the Power Virtual Agents using Power Automate.

Hi @renatoromao,
Thanks for your response
In my project I need to present the topic based on the channel in which the bot is running , for example if it is web then I need to present the UI with forms , if it is Alexa then I need to have the plain textual conversation.
In Bot Framework UI forms can be achieved through adaptive cards , as PVA doesn't support adaptive cards I am thinking of calling Power Apps through Power automate. for example action in PVA will call Power automate and I want to call Power App through connectors.
If I am in wrong path , please let me know the alternate option to show UI input elements like button , checkbox, table in PVA as we do with Bot Framework.
Skill is one option , but for that we need to do everything with Bot Framework and it will be hard to maintain the flow.
Thanks in Advance.
