Hello all,
I share some support (shared) mailboxes with my colleagues, but there is nobody connected to Teams with those accounts.
Sometimes, some colleagues/customers message these support accounts on Teams, then we get an email "@user is trying to reach you in Microsoft Teams".
So I'm trying to create a chatbot to answer and to start the support automatically.
Is this possible?
Is this something that may be added soon?

I would say it should be possible to monitor the shared mailbox with a Power Automate flow. When you receive such an e-mail you could try and extract the related information (user, subject) and send a proactive message to the user as chatbot:
