Continue the conversation when changing webpage

Hi,

I wasn't able to find a topic regarding this.

It's a really simple a short question:

Is it possible to continue the conversation when you change the webpage? Right now my conversation is lost when I go to another page on my portal and I then need to start all over.

Is there a way to fix or achieve this?
