Disable virtual agent when contacting a live agent.
I Have a Microsoft virtual agent bot which I published on the Facebook Messenger channel. When the client requests a live agent, the live agent replies back via Facebook messenger. However, the problem is that when the client replies back, the virtual agent keeps interfering. How can I disable the virtual agent if the live agent is talking to the client?
