Go back option in Power Virtual Agent

Is there any possibility to go back to the previous dialog using the MultiChoice option?

Hi @Prasad2 ,

 

Yes, sure!

After you create some options inside the question to the user, create a new node, and insert conditions.

E.g.: If the user then selected "No, thanks", create a new node below this condition, and when you click to add a new node you can see a little ball above the card that shows which actions do you want to add in this topic. Click on the ball and drag until the back option that you want to go back.
