Have your bot reach out after inactivity

Hello community,


This is my first post on here so I ask that you please give me grace if I do something incorrectly.


Here's my question: Is there a way to detect user inactivity after a user has started a conversation but not resolved or escalated? For example, perhaps there could be a built in topic that would get triggered automatically after the user hasn't respond for 30/45 minutes? This would help get users re-engaged and lower abandon rates. Let me know if this exists or if I should request it!
