Are there any solution to get the customer's phone number that contact us by mobile, without asking him? I don't know if the Power Virtual Agent have context variables or something like that, this would be useful.
I need to identify the customer on future contacts.

No, and it will be not possible from my perspective. Why?
Because this is private information and there is no way to get it from websites or something like that without asking the user. (mainly for data protection law)
