Integration JIRA servicedesk with Power Virtual Agent

Dear Community,

I am building a technical support chatbot and trigger ticket creation in Jira from PVA using flow.I am having an issue matching the reporter and the person chatting with the bot.Currently authentication is through Ms Teams.

 

Any ideas?

Seemed ti have figured to use the Create ticket V2 template and serves the purpose.

Could you share a screenshot of your Flow, and bot.

 

What is the value from Jira for a person?

Could we use office365 users connector in Flow to match the person speaking with the bot
