Haha, hope not to have this problem once we go live - but is there any kind of blacklist that can be built in to PVA in case people type in swear words? Thanks!

You could always have a trigger for those words, and do something.

Thank you @Jcook - we're sure hoping the bot is not swear-worthy (but if so, we could as you say have a trigger with a response like "now, now, that's not nice!" or similar). Topic came up in one of our weekly meets and I was curious.
Yes, haha. I am sure you could have some fun with it.
Have the Topic that triggers on bad words. The topic could trigger a Flow, and store their email in SharePoint. Then telling the user they only have 3 strikes.
And each time they do it, add a tally to their record in SharePoint haha 😂
