This is regarding PVA Bot connected with Facebook Channel via Omnichannel, the issue is regarding duplicate replies sent by PVA Bot every initial message/first message. Please see image bellow:
In PVA no issues when testing the bot.

Hi @MarkTiczon, this is a known issue and we are releasing a fix for this in the next days/weeks. I will also message you directly to understand the urgency with which you need to have this resolved as there are some options we have.
The general fix for this will be rolled out later in the year. We are working with Mark to onboard him to our private preview. If you have customers who need the fix, please let me know and we can chat offline.
