Is there a way I can see what questions were actually asked to the Power Virtual Agent? I want to see what kinds of statements customers are using to better frame my trigger phrases and reduce error counts.

Yes, you can see on the PVA portal.
- Click on the Analytics left menu
- Click on the Sessions tab
- Filter the days that you need
- Download the data
Inside this Excel file, you can see the InitialUserMessage and ChatTranscript properties.
