Power Virtual Agents - Analytics

Hi All!

Is there a way I can see what questions were actually asked to the Power Virtual Agent? I want to see what kinds of statements customers are using to better frame my trigger phrases and reduce error counts.

Hi @apsarkar ,

Yes, you can see on the PVA portal.

- Click on the Analytics left menu

- Click on the Sessions tab

- Filter the days that you need

- Download the data

Inside this Excel file, you can see the InitialUserMessage and ChatTranscript properties.
