Employees in my company are unable to engage with the chatbot. They receive this error message in the chat window "Sorry, you don't have access to talk with the bot". Please help

hi @juniorfairweath friend you need to go to Teams admin and then allow the Bot to publish.
1.- go to teams admin as admin account https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/
2.- follow the image steps.

@juniorfairweath , you will need to submit the bot for your organization's admin to approve if the bot is intended for everyone in your organization to use it from the app store.
If you are sharing the bot via a link and want everyone in your organization to use the bot, only user with access to the bot can use it via the link. Please go to configure -> security -> access and set the setting to everyone in my organization. Remember to publish your bot after making the change for the access setting to apply.
