Virtual Agents in other language

Hi, we are trying to create our first bot using Virtual Agent, in Italian.

Since we see that you cannot edit System topics (i.e. Greetings), the question is: can I create an empty bot from scratch in Italian?

Hi Christian - Not today.

The bot comes with a set of pre-defined undeletable System topics. Note: You can delete the User topics but not System topics. You edit the text string for the Greeting System topic, but we don’t enable you to edit the triggers for the Systems topics.

We are currently firming up plans for multi-lang once we know when we can light up we’ll share in the Release Notes and here on the forum.
