I created a chatbot, to keep it simple, here is what it is:
1- starting point an entity with 4 choices (let's say 4 options, Cars, Aeroplane, Train)
2- based on a choice, it gives a description of the selection and then asks another option from an entity with choices
3- choices manufacturer, model, etc
4- and based on the above choices, it provides a message
here is my question:
let's say if my first question to a bot is "manufacturer of Cars, it works great and goes to point 4, which is fine, passed cars and manufacturer.
but if I ask the same question, it ask me select the choice from step #1, it doesn't pass it automatically to step 4
what I'm missing here.

Like we talked in a call, follow below the solution to the problem:
I showed the new feature that Microsoft announced that bot can start the conversation with the user (proactive), because if the users receive the options and after send "blog power apps" the chatbot understands the option selected and the next question.
This solution resolves the @parvchana problem.
