Hi,
I created a test account to test the chatbot, but I get a commission error.
Do you know what the cause is?
Hi guys, all my bots are experiencing the same thing, all users with edit access get the same error message. With everything I believe is something related to Microsoft itself. What Tenent region do you use? Can it be something in a specific region?
I have already opened a call at microsoft and I am waiting for it

Try using a different browser or try opening the bot in InPrivate or Incognito mode.
I was getting the error in chrome but the bot works perfectly in Edge you can also check with different browser
As of now no clear way to fix this may be some cache issue or may be some different issue.

Hello,
Exacly the same issue since yesterday. I'm in France.
Can u let us informed if Microsoft reply to your case with a solution ?
I am still waiting for the answer.
But from what I analyzed it might be something with Dataverse, because if you create a new bot it works perfectly.
But the old bots can't access the data.

Ok, i've tried the good old " have you try to turn it off and on again ", and no error message now. It's fonctionnal.
It's look like a Microsoft update that needed a deconnexion from your profil.
Hope it will work in your case.
Best regards.
Unfortunately it didn't work in my environment. I use the PVA within Teams, had already tried to access the TEAMS web in various browsers without success.
Eu respondi sua pergunta?😉

Thank you everyone for reporting the issue. We are investigating and will update back later.
While we investigate this issue, could you please try:
1. Open a bot in a private tab
2. Clear browser cache
These two methods worked for me.
Hi Everyone, we have fixed the issue. Please reply back on this thread to let us know if you are still seeing the issue. Thank you everyone for your patience.

Today, we are excited to unveil new features within Power Platform that incorporate next-generation AI, in including conversation boosters with Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder introducing a create text with GPT model. These features bring both a new way for developers to solve business problems and a new way for end-users to leverage AI in the flow of their work to be more productive. This is a glimpse of what’s to come as we continue to ramp up our investment in AI across Power Platform. We recognize the significance of both AI and low code for organizations and the benefits these technologies in union can have for all developers: a more intuitive, iterative experience for citizen developers and accelerated development for professional developers. We announced AI Builder 4 years ago as the first AI capability in Power Platform, followed by Power Apps Ideas 18 months ago, which was the first infusion of generative AI in a commercially- available product. And we have continued to invest, with the addition of express design in Power Apps, and description to flow in Power Automate late last year. Today, we’re taking another big step forward in this journey with the launch of next-generation AI features for Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder, enabled by Azure Open AI service.
