Hi @Syamala ,

 

What is your Knowledge base? Documents? SharePoint list? 

Depending on what is your KB you can use Power Automate flows to do it.

Our knowledge base is Language Studio QnA 

 

yes that is possible from Power Automate flow

But could you please help me whether it can be possible from MSteams

We need a functionality which offers flexibility to update QnA Knowledge Base from Teams channel not from the deployed bot in teams.

Do we have any guidelines for this requirement?
