404 Disconnect Error

I was trying to go to the Flow homepage but errors have prevented me from doing anything in the last couple of days. I'm on:

https://gov.flow.microsoft.us/en-us/consent/?redirectUrl=%2Fen-us%2F

It keeps giving me the screen that says "Welcome to Flow" "Choose your country/region". I chose "United States" and hit "Get Started" numerous times, after which the website tries to reload. However, it takes me back to the same page.

There have been a number of times where it says 404 Disconnect Error with the following message:

"It looks like something went wrong

We're unable to load that page. Please try again in a few minutes or refresh the page now.

I love the feature the Flow is offering but have not been able to do my work. Really frustrated now.

The issue still exists, even after I cleared the cache. It is still giving me this error:

It looks like something went wrong

And when I click on "Home" of the Flow menu, it's asking me to choose the country/region. After I click "Get started", it reloads and gives me back the same page. Tried to click "Get started" again and it just repeats itself.

In the last couple of days, it would give me the normal functionality back very periodically. I'd say I tried loading the Flow page 60 times, at different times of the day. It showed up fine two times. Tried different browser but didn't help.

While the problem still persists, I've found a workaround. I've noticed when I used this link, the Flow page would load:

https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/

This is as opposed to my normal way of accessing Flow, which is through my organization's okta login, which takes me to office 365, where I click "other apps" and access Flow. It then takes me to https://gov.flow.microsoft.us/en-us/consent/?redirectUrl=%2Fen-us%2F , where the page asks me to choose country/region and just loops itself no matter how many times I responded.

This is something that needs to be fixed. I mistakenly hit the "accept solution" button and cannot find a way to undo it.
