I was hoping to demo Flow to some new users but can't sign in yesterday or today.
I'm using IE 11 on Windows 10 1607 with all the latest updates.
Based on other posts where people have the same problem, I'm providing the following info:
I still get the problem in private mode in IE. I also get the problem in Chrome.
do not use two factor auth.
I do use ADFS for authentication to Office 365 - and that works fine for other bits of Office 365 (e.g. portal.office.com, sway.com, Planner).
The URL of the error page is https://flow.microsoft.com/AuthenticationFailed/?message=AADSTS50001%3a+Resource+%27https%3a%2f%2fse...
What’s your current situation? Are you still having the issue?
Do you have Edge to try to sign in?
Is this the first time you got this error message?
I would also suggest you clear cache to try gain.

@CSART I came across this thread just now. Sorry to hear that you faced issues with 2FA and Flow.
We observed customers running into similar issues sometime back, and blogged about "most likely" resolution to the problem:
