Adding stage to business process flow deletes custom form tabs

Hello all,


I've had this happen several times now. I have a business process flow which I create in Power Automate. I customize the "general tab" (which was automatically created) on the new table that gets created when I create the flow. If I make changes to the stages or stage conditions, the general tab is deleted. I can add a new tab - and it doesn't matter if I put it before or after the tabs used for the stages - but as soon as I make changes to stages, the tabs that aren't created specifically for the stages are deleted. I have to roll back the development environment to see what my forms were like before the tabs were deleted and rebuild them.
