Hi,
I've just configured the Approval step in a Flow and for testing initially, have asked Flow to send the email to my own account. The contents of the email is fine, as is the available Approve/Reject buttons at the bottom.
However, at the top of the email under the purple 'Approvals' logo, the word 'Approved' is bolded. I haven't actioned this approval as yet, so this would be confusing for users. Didn't this used to say 'Pending Approval' in the first instance?
I have run this against both new & existing documents & get the same thing.
This text does change when I've rejected an approval, but shouldn't say Approved until it's approved. I can't see a way in Flow to change this.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Thanks in advance.
Hi jlaJoanne, Just need to add one more new line, and it will work.
Doesn't work for me
You can use HTML to format the email body. For a each new line add a break tag like this:
</br>
Body text in editor:
"This is a </br> line break"
Body text displayed in email:
"This is a
line break"
