Approval error: The remote endpoint returned an error (HTTP 403)

This error appears after clicking on "Übermitteln".

This appears only, if I do this out of a separate e-mail window.

If the e-mail is displayed in a preview area in Outlook and I check it there, it works well, no error.

Hi @JoSteiner,

I have tried on my side, but not find the same issue.

The 403 Forbidden Error happens when the web page that you’re trying to open in your web browser is a resource that you’re not allowed to access.

  • Refresh the Page;
  • Clear Your Browser Cookies and Cache;
  • OR just like you do that open the email in a preview area.

Best Regards,
