Approvals - multiple validation e-mail and comments problem

Hello,

I have to create an automation to validate new supplies. Here is what I want to make :

1. MS Forms

2. Three poeple (sometimes one or two, it depends of the form answers) receive a mail and have to validate by Approvals. the can comment too.

3. The person who ask for new supplies receives a positiv email if all people in point 2 accepted and a negativ email if they refuse (with the comments).

I have two problem at the point 3 :

1. The condition for the mail doesn't work. The answer is always negativ. I selected as condition: Approvals - Responses = Approve.

2.  I need to add Approvals' comments in the mail content. I tried to add: approvals - Responses Comments in the mail body but It doesn't work.

Here is a screen of my actual work:

Can someone help me to solve these two issues as well?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Approvals - multiple validation e-mail and comments problem

Hi @Tanguy_Vaucher ,

Are you using the template to create the flow? If so, I suggest you reconfigure the flow according to the current flow configuration and do not use the flow template.

Now for Approval action, we need to use outcome to determine the result of the approval:

For different approval types, we also need to adjust the configuration in the condition, please check this similar thread and see if it helps:
