First off, yes I know .doc files were superceded in 2007, I can't do anything about it, sorry.
I have a flow that is triggered when a new email arrives and saves the attachment to a folder in OneDrive for Business. For testing I'm sending the email to myself. When I trigger the flow using an email to myself with the attachment, the flow runs and the file is created and can be viewed in Word online, all good.
When I use Test > Automatically > With a recently used trigger (regardless of which run I use) the files contents is scrambled and it cannot be viewed in Word online. This occurs even if I've deleted the files created previously.
If you would like the before and after files please let me know, but if I'm correct and this is a bug it should be easy to replicate elsewhere.
