Bing Maps transit query responds with driving route

I've been trying to set up a flow which calculates when I should arrive home and sends it to my wife.

It all works, except for the route calculation part. I commute by transit, but it seems the API is either called with Driving as the mode, or my input is wrong so it defaults back to Driving.

These are my settings:

  • Travel mode: Transit
  • Transit Date-Time: button Timestamp
  • Transit Date-Time Type: Departure

The locations are both in the Netherlands.

Edit: clarification

I just tested it by calling the API directly and it works there. It seems as if the used URL is wrong. The documentation almost made it seem as if travelMode is a part of the query string, but after a second read, it turns out to be a part of the base URL.

Might be that there is where the error lies.

Hi @Draggeta,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Could you please share more details about the run history of your flow?

I afraid that there is something wrong on your Transit Date-Time field.

I have made a test on my side, if I leave the ransit Date-Time field blank, the flow would run successfully as below:

Capture.PNGCapture1.PNG

And if I fill in the "button Timestamp" in the Transit Date-Time field as you, the flow would run failed with error "dateTime: This parameter value has an invalid format."

Please check the parameter value in the Transit Date-Time field.

Please let me know if your problem could be solved.

Best regards,

Alice
