Hi @jganson

Thank you very much for your update.

I tested as you required to navigate deeper for folder selection. It still works for me. I tested until getting the 5th folder.

Seems you are worried about screen resolution. But based on the research, there is no prerequisites related to screen resolution for cloud flows. This only limits UI flow which is one of desktop flows. It's nothing to do with you.

Meanwhile, if the issue is exactly caused by screen resolution. There is no way to resolve it unless you change to another PC or upgrade your PC configuration.

To investigate issue further, would you mind raise ticket to our remote troubleshooting team(You must be your company administrator otherwise you can't raise ticket)? They are 24x7 free support. I believe they can give you a hand.

Hi @jganson

Thank you for posting.

According to your description, you are encountering displaying issue which avoids you selecting the top folder while using ‘when a file is created(properties only)’. If any misunderstanding, please kindly let me know.

I tried to reproduce your issue but it works fine for me. Thus, I believe it’s not a global incident and something wrong from your end. Please help to check whether it happens to all SharePoint trigger.

I suspect it’s caused by browser. Please help to check your browser type and version. Try to run browser in InPrivate/Incognito mode and login automate to test again.

By the way, I have tested using chrome, IE and Edge. They all work with no issue. Here are my browsers version accordingly for your reference:

Chrome: Version 89.0.4389.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)

IE: Version: 11.630.19041.0

Edge: Version 89.0.774.63 (Official build) (64-bit)

Hope the content above may help you.

Best regards,

Anna

Thanks, Anna for reproducing my displaying issue. Please try to dig deeper in your folder selection. I encountered the issue in my 3rd folder.

I think this issue is related to my screen resolution as my display resolution is only 1366 x 768.

I'm using Microsoft Edge Version 89.0.774.75 (Official build) (64-bit)
