Bug Internet Explorer 401

When I want to open Flow in Internet Explorer from the https://www.office.com page by clicking the Flow Button, I got a 401 Error.
URL: https://flow.microsoft.com/manage/?auth_upn=XXX@XX.de&utm_source=office&utm_medium=app_launcher&utm_...

In Chrome, FireFox and Edge everything works fine. If I copy the URL from them and use it in Internet Explorer it works also.
URL: https://flow.microsoft.com/de-de/?auth_upn=XXX%40XX.de&utm_source=office&utm_medium=app_launcher&utm_campaign=office_referrals

Why are there diffrent URL's in IE and Chrome?

From the error message, it seems that you don’t provide valid credentials.

I have tried to open flow in IE from the https://www.office.com page by clicking the Flow button, it could be opened without any issues.

Generally, 401 unauthorized error indicating that the request sent by the client could not be authenticated. To troubleshoot this issue, please try either the following ways:

  1. Clear relevant cookies
  2. Clear the cache
  3. Log out and log in

Please take a try with it on your side.

thanx for your ideas.  
Unfortunately, the problem still occurs despite the execution of your described points.
For me it looks as if IE cannot resolve the URL correctly. Could it be because of the language settings, since you don't have these problems, but other employees in my company do?

What’s the language setting on your side?

If possible, please change it to English to see if it will work.
