When running a flow on Android 7.0, I was unable to retrieve location after granting the location service to the app.
Even after killing the app and restarting and checking permissions it kept displaying:
Button trigger failed
could not get your current location.
Is there a bug?
Hi ArneMis,
I can reproduce this issue on my side and I have reported it on my side.
I will back to you once I got any updates on this issue.
Best regards,
Mabel Mao
Did you find something allready?
Same problem here. Changing location settings to high (use GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth) or device only didn't help either.
Android 7.1.2
I have the same problem with all buttons. Always I receive the message: could not get your current location: Samsung Galaxy S6. Android 7.0
I had the same problem, using Android 5.0 - Asus Zenfone 5
Seemingly same issue here. Samsung Galaxy S8, keeping OS and MS apps current. Exact dialog box transcription:
"Can't run button
Couldn't access your location"
Had the same issue. Affecting all our Android users. iOS users ok.
I just read through Button Trigger Tokens
which makes it look like 'TimeStamp' is a location based field, so I removed it from the Flow. Tested ok on my Android. Will try with some other devices later.
how did you remove the trigger? I am editing a template flow and timestamp was already in the template but I want to remove it.
