Can't Log In to Flow for Excel

Having problems logging in to Flow from Excel. I have the add in and when pushed the sign in screen pops up.

I sign in with my credentials and it just goes back to the default screen asking me to sign in.

No errors pop up just doesnt load.

I am able to log in on the web version of flow but no luck with excel version.

Any suggestions?

FlowIssue.PNGThanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please refer to the following Blogs for more details on the usage and details of Flow for Excel:

https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/excel-bpf-todo-and-more/

https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/introducing-microsoft-flow-integration-in-excel/

In addition, it seems that this feature has version requirements for Office, please check this online doc:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/manage/centralized-deployment-of-add-ins?view=o365-worldwide

I have a similar question to him and this answer doesn't respond to the actual problem.

Same for me. Keeps asking for login info, no message.

Update: my IT guy looked into is and was able to figure out we need a higher license in order to design the workflow. He is working on figuring out how much that will cost and setting it up.

Dear all, please use Excel Online with Google Chrome, that´s it. Regards.
