Cannot select reciepient with "Post an adaptive card to a Teams User and wait for response"

Hello everyone, 

I want to send adaptive cards to Teams Users, which can enter information inside of them. 

Unfortunately I am not able to put a user email address or a dynamic value inside of the "Recipient" box as you can see in the picture. Is this a known issue, did i miss how to enter a dynamic value in there?

I tried to create a flow with this same action and I was able to select an user:

I tried with Edge and Chrome, both didnt work.. Fortunately the problem resolved, but i cannot say why. 

It just worked the other day.
