I am new to using Power Automate. I have a simple flow to send bulk emails (Send an email (V2)) with attachments from OneDrive. I was using 'Configure run after' setting to notify me when any email fails (eg. invalid email address). It was working well until 2 days ago. It doesn't work anymore. All I am getting is the standard Mail Delivery System error from Outlook.
Has anything changed? Is there another way to notify with the variable details from the flow when there is an invalid email address?
Appreciate any ideas to deal with it. Many thanks in advance.

If the execution of the Send an Email action fails, then you can refer to this solution:
If Send an Email is executed successfully, but the email is sent to a non-existent address, then this event cannot be detected in Flow. But the sender’s mailbox will automatically receive a reminder email:
