Connections page not loading when using personal account

Hi,

I have a problem with the connections page (Data>Connections) which remains in a loading status when I use my personal account. I have attached an image. I also have an organization/university account. However, when I sign in with this one, the Connections page is loading properly and immediately

I tried different browsers, internet connections and devices, however the problem still remains. In my personal account I have an Office 365 Personal subscription.

Loading screen of the connections page.Loading screen of the connections page.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Connections page not loading when using personal account

To narrow down this issue, you can do 2 things below:

1. Open a new InPrivate window and go to the connections page

- Usually the loading issue is caused by the cookies

3. Capture the network trace (F12 in chrome or fiddle) to double-check if there any error returned from the server.

Re: Connections page not loading when using personal account

Hi,

thank you for the answer.

Unfortunately, using the InPrivate window does not resolve the issue.

Following your advice, I captured the network trace. When loading the page, the developer tools shows me some errors. I post the screen here.

Since I have not so much confidence with this tool, I hope this is what you asked me to try. The Client Error seems strange...

Re: Connections page not loading when using personal account

It shows that you are using company url to access with personal account.

Could you please try to login via https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/?

Re: Connections page not loading when using personal account

Thank you for the answer.

I have always signed in from that page. I retried, but the connections page is not loading as before and the network trace remains the same, showing the same errors, including the Client Error.

Re: Connections page not loading when using personal account

Hi,

if it can help identifying the root cause, I encounter the same issue, regardless of the browser and the cookies settings (connections page not loading when using my personal account; everything fine when using my professional one).

This is the errors in the JS console:

Re: Connections page not loading when using personal account

Experiencing the same issue. The connections page keeps loading. Further, I am unable to make a flow with my personal email. I bought office 365 (now Microsoft 365). It keeps generating the error, "test connection failed".
