Copy OneDrive to SharePoint - Excel file checked out to me on upload

Hi

I've created a flow to copy new files from OneDrive for Business to SharePoint.

On testing, the flow says it has executed successfully, but the file is showing as Checked Out to me. It's an Excel file if that is relevant (.xlsm)

When I try to manually check the file back in I get the following error message:

"We can't do that for you because the file is no longer checked out or has been deleted."

This isn't the case - the file still exists and it's still checked out to me.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks

Rachel

Re: Copy OneDrive to SharePoint - Excel file checked out to me on upload

Hi @RD1,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Have you use the Copy file action of sharepoint connector?

Do you want to copy a file to sharepoint library when a file is created in OneDrive for Business ?

If yes, please refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

Please take a try with my flow as screenshot or share more details so we would try to provide a proper workaround for you.

Best regrads,

Alice

Re: Copy OneDrive to SharePoint - Excel file checked out to me on upload

Hi Alice

To clarify, I want to copy an Excel file (when it is created) from OneDrive for Business to a SharePoint folder. This is the template I used:

Flow_template.png

The configuration of the Flow looks like this:

Flow_error.png

As you can see I've started with a template and there is very little to configure (or to get wrong). I also followed the instructions on the official Microsoft course for PowerApps/CDS/Flow on EdX which told me to use this template.

Thanks

Rachel
