Could not find flow....

This popped up and now my Flow isn't working... 

I'm getting Form rexsponses and putting them into a Sharepoint list. 

One of my list items is not allowing me to select from Get Response details... but the others are...

Does anyone have experience with this?

Have you made any changes on the flow?

Have you tried refreshing the browser to see if it will work?

I have created a flow to save form responses to SharePoint list. However, all the fields are allowing me to select from Get response details, and the error message you’ve mentioned doesn’t occur on my side.

Please check your current situation and feel free post back if the issue still exists.
