Could not retrive values. Failed to fetch:

I am unable to edit or even create new flows.  I am getting errors such as this on the appoval step:

Approval Error.png

I am getting something similar with most steps that i try to add (sharepoint example):

I thought it might be my connections, but i checked and all of them are in good standing currently, so i'm hoping that this is some kind of bug or down time due to an update or something.  Any thoughts or assistance would be great:

Re: Could not retrive values. Failed to fetch:

I heard from Microsoft, there was an outage at this time.  I've since been able to run and edit my flows with no problem.
