Create File in SharePoint Communications Site Library Errors Access Denied

Not rocket science here, using the Create File action, tried creating 2 different files. One was a text file with plain text as content, and now I am getting an existing file in another library, and am trying to create it in this library.

create file action.png

Running it errors

{
  "status": 403,
  "message": "Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource.\r\nclientRequestId: 1a2fa633-f1fa-4030-82ef-9d5adaccca50\r\nserviceRequestId: d0f0d49e-30e2-8000-8942-2ea79b2d3690;d0f0d49e-00ea-8000-8942-21bd3779dc71;d0f0d49e-d0f2-8000-8942-290671b3554f",
  "source": "https://mine.sharepoint.com/teams/bos_clients/_api/web/GetFolderByServerRelativePath(decodedUrl=@p)/files/AddUsingPath(decodedUrl=@f,%20overwrite='true')?@p='%2fteams%2fbos_clients%2fShared%2520Documents%2fsubfolder'&@f='ReadMe.docx'",
  "errors": [
    "-2147024891",
    "System.UnauthorizedAccessException"
  ]
}

However, if I change the Folder Path to specific path, selected through the UI, it works as expected. It appears the variable path breaks it.
