Custom DateTime Format

So Here I am Basically asking to input data in European Format i.e., dd/MM/yyyy

Then converting that datetime to Text using American Format i.e., MM/dd/yyyy

See the Flow and Format Below : 

input : 17/11/2021

output : 11-17-2021 (It supposed to be 11/17/2021)

is it taking system Date Format? (because my system Format is dd-MM-yyyy i.e. 17-11-2021). If this is the case then how to resolve this.
