Custom parameters in authorisation URL

I have an additional URL parameter in my Authorization URL, like so:

https://appstore.intelligentplant.com/AuthorizationServer/OAuth/Authorize?access_type=offline

Unfortunately, when authorisation process is kicked off, the parameter is dropped! This is not the case when using Open API/Swagger spec, which makes me think that this is something Ms Flow does on purpose?

Whilst creating a custom connector one can use OAuth2 security where you need to specify AuthroisationUrl (among other parameters). My parameter value, which is a URL, has an additional URL parameter at the end (www.contoso.com?paramname=paramvalue). When the log in process is kicked off by MS Flow it drops off the additional parameter (www.contoso.com).
