Custom values for option sets in CDS connection not always saved correctly

When using "Create a record" in CDS / Dataverse, and populating multiple option set columns with custom values, the value/formula is not always stored. Changing one column formula for an option set custom value may wipe out another option set custom value.

I end up having to save, exit, reopen the flow and "Peek code".

Take the following example from CDS Create a record:

You can see there are 2 option set fields I am populating with a custom value (i.e. from a variable or formula).

I recently had to change the formula for the "Type" field. When I saved it, the formula for "Type" was saved, but the formula for "Snapshot type" was wiped out. Going back in, I filled in "Snapshot type" again and upon saving the formula for "Type" was wiped out.

I had to change both formulae at the same time, check that it has been updated with "Peek code", and then save to get it to work.
