DateTime formatting in nn-NO

I've uncovered an issue with the Azure DevOps trigger "When a WorkItem is updated".

When I set my Office/Browser language to nn-NO, the DateTime format is invalid for Azure DevOps, it is yyyy-MM-ddTHH.mm.ssZ

Due to the full stops in the time, the DateTime string is not parsed correctly and the trigger will fail.

This is also an incorrect DateTime format for nn-NO in general.

Once I set my Office/Browser language to en-US and simply edited and saved the affected Flow, it started working again.

I'd like to be able to edit and work on my Flows without having to worry about if the DateTime format in the language of my Office account/Browser will hinder me.
