Desktop Flow in Power Automate Desktop does not copy correctly when using Save As.

I have a PAD flow that consists of a "main" flow running several subflows. When viewing the flow under the "Desktop flows" section of the flow website, it gives me the option to "Save As" in order to create a copy of the flow (as I wanted to use it as the base for another process). However the copy it creates contains only the main flow, referencing a bunch of subflows that do not exist.

The subflows show up under the "Subflows" menu in the editor, but they don't appear to be accessible, nor do they show up on the tabs. Trying to delete them from that menu causes an error saying the subflow was not found.
